Use the Transaction Inquiry option to view both pending and posted transactions for the entire plan. Pending transactions are transactions that have been entered into TSM.Net but have not been posted to the participant's accounts. Posted transactions are transactions that have been processed and have updated a participant's account.
You can see the status of the transaction in the Flag field.
On the Inquiry menu, click Transaction Inquiry. The Transaction Inquiry window displays.
Select the transaction type, which is pre-defined on TSM, from the list.
Select the transaction subtype from the list. Subtypes are set up in the Setup> System> Subtypes option.
Select the plan contribution source from the list. Sources are set up in the Setup> Plans> Contribution Sequence option.
Select the Fund ID from the list to display the transactions for that fund. The funds displayed are defined in the Setup > Funds > Master Fund Setup option.
Select the Model from the list to display the transactions for that model. The models displayed are defined in the Setup > Funds > Fund Model option.
Enter the Loan Id (number) to display the LOAN transactions pertaining to the indicated loan Id. Loan IDs are generated on the Loan Input window.
In the From/To Date fields, enter the date range for the transaction(s) to be displayed.
Select the Date Type to be used, for example, Effective, Payroll, Entry, etc. when selecting transactions for a specified time period.
Select the Errors Only check box to show transactions that are marked with an "E" flag, indicating there is an error with the transaction.
Select the Deletions Only check box to display all transactions that have been deleted from Transaction Inquiry.
The Hide Deletions check box is selected by default. No deleted transactions are displayed. To display deleted transactions, clear the check box.
Select the status for viewing transactions. You can view All, Pending or Posted transactions.
Select the transaction type, which is pre-defined on TSM, from the list.

Select the Deletions Only check box to display all transactions that have been deleted from Transaction Inquiry.

*Note: The Vested Amt column is used ONLY for Generic Refunds and Generic Withdrawals. The amount entered here will be used in the vesting calculation.
If you delete a posted transaction, the holdings will decrease.
Select Current Transaction to delete the selected transaction.
Select All Transactions in Results to delete all transactions displayed in the Results grid. Selecting this option also makes the Reports section available.
Select the Show Error Log check box to produce an error report containing any reasons why the transaction cannot be deleted. For instance, if a user tries to delete a TIN transaction, the error report will warn him that the TIN cannot be deleted without deleting the associated TOUT transaction.
Select the Show Detail Log check box to produce a Pending/Posted Deletion Detail Report with Plan name, SSN, Transaction Type, Amount of Deletion, and Effective Date.
This applies only to pending transactions. You cannot defer transactions where the status selection is All or Posted. If the Defer flag is checked then you will not be able to post the transaction until you "undefer" it.
Select Current Transaction to defer (or undefer) the selected transaction.
Select All Transactions in Results to defer (or undefer) all transactions displayed in the Results grid.
Select Defer to hold the transaction for posting at a later time.
Select Undefer to clear the defer mark and will let the user post the transactions.
You can change the Effective, Dividend/Allocation, Unit, Statement, and Payroll Dates and Fiscal Year fields for Pending transactions. You can change only the Statement Date, Payroll Date and Fiscal Year for transactions that have been posted to a participant's account.
Select Current Transaction to change the dates for the selected transaction.
Select All Transactions in Results to change the dates for all the transactions on the Results grid.
This is only applicable for WITH and TRM transaction types. Additions, deletions and edits can then be performed on the demographic and tax information pertaining to the selected transaction.
