Use the Assign to Plan tab to copy the currently selected participant and his/her information to another Plan, including any combination of the following fields: Participant Allocations, Participant Allocation History, Participant Payroll Detail, Participant Beneficiary Information, and Participant Contribution Rates.
Note: After the participant has been copied to the new Plan, you can change the information.
How to Access the Participant General Info Details – Assign to Plan Screen
1. On the Setup menu, point to Participants and then click General Information. The Participants General Info Details window displays.
2. Click the Assign to Plan tab.
