Salary

On the Setup menu, point to Participant and then click Salary. The Salary window displays.

1. Select the participant by typing the Participant ID or select a participant from the Participant Search list.
2. Click the Add icon. A new row activates in the table.
3. Enter the Start Date for the fiscal year.
4. Select the HCE check box if this is a Highly Compensated Employee. (There are rules associated with flagging participants as HCE, of which the admininistrator must be aware.)
5. When you are done, click the Save icon. The following message displays:

   Your changes were saved successfully.

   Click OK.

1. Click Details to add the salary detail information. The Participant Salary Detail window displays.
2. Click the Add icon. A new row activates in the table.
3. Enter the Payroll Date.
4. Complete any of the optional salary fields.
5. When you are done, click the Save icon. The following message displays:

   Your changes were saved successfully.

   Click OK.
6. Click the Close icon to close the Details dialog box. The amounts will appear on the Salary window.

410(B) Sal	TSM.Net will update this field with the sum of 410(B) Sal from the detail records for the period.	Information Only
415 Sal	TSM.Net will update this field with the sum of 415 Sal from the detail records for the period.	Information Only
404 Sal	TSM.Net will update this field with the sum of 404 Sal from the detail records for the period.	Information Only
ADP/ACP Sal	TSM.Net will update this field with the sum of ADP/ACP Sal from the detail records for the period.	Information Only
Cross Test Sal	TSM.Net will update this field with the sum of Cross Test Sal from the detail records for the period.	Information Only
HCE	Select this check box to indicate that the participant was considered a highly compensated employee for the salary period.	Optional
